There have been several class action legal settlements to provide compensation to women whose implants ruptured or caused medical problems. The deadlines to receive compensation for certain conditions in some of these settlements have passed, but some programs might still be available. It is the Office of Plaintiffs’ Liaison Counsel, which was funded from legal settlements with breast implant manufacturers to help women harmed by implants who want compensation for their medical problems. They will help you in determining if you qualify for assistance, which may amount to thousands of dollars. It is not intended to help you find a lawyer for an individual law suit.
